Sitting room

Large sitting room with comfortable sofas and armchairs opening onto a large raised deck with magnificent views over Newport Bay.

This gives access to a safe and extensive garden, our own wild flower meadow and magnificent sea views.

For winter nights there is a cosy log fire, TV with DVD, video and a stereo CD/radio.

The dining area
 

Dining Area

The dining area consists of a large table and chairs to seat 10 comfortably.  With marvellous views over Newport Bay and  large patio doors which open onto the raised deck. 

Additionally, there is a breakfast bar with raised stools for informal eating.

Adjacent to this is the kitchen.

Kitchen

The kitchen area has a large island unit with electric cooker, ceramic hob and storage cupboards.     The kitchen also features, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, microwave magimix etc. along with an excellent range of cooking equipment, saucepans, china and cutlery for 12 people.

Beyond the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, electric hot cupboard and additional sink.

Bedroom 1 with ensuite bathroom
Large bedroom with sea views.
Double 5' bed, large built wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, bed side tables, side chairs and easy chair. Ensuite bathroom consisting of bath with power shower, hand basin, WC.

Bedroom 2 with ensuite bathroom
Large bedroom with garden view.
Double 5' bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and easy chair. Ensuite shower room consisting of power shower, hand basin and WC.

3rd Bathroom
with bath/shower and hand basin.
 

First Floor

Bathroom
Bath/shower, basin, WC.    Fully marble tiled walls and floor.
